As this is a personalised product we cannot accept returns other than for damaged items or if we have genuinely made a mistake on our side. We cannot accept responsibility for any words that you have sent us that have been spelt incorrectly or if commas were not used to separate the words and phrases correctly as you wished them to be displayed.

Please note that the product photos are illustrations only and as each print is unique to your specification the layout and colours may differ slightly from the examples. Don't worry though, we prepare each item to order to maintain its exact look and feel and if we do spot what looks like a spelling mistake we will get in touch to check with you.
